The blueberry pie filling looks great! You make it look so easy, I’m going to try it. Hey, Thanks for you secret ingredients.

L. Whitaker says:

That sugar on top ruins it. The sweetness of the blueberries/ filling is the candy part the pie crust should never be ruined with sugar topping.

carol anne king says:

Great information but we need a list of ingredients and amounts and please stop the music .It is very distracting.

you can mix corn starch and sugar together dry to keep the corn starch from lumping. This is my first time watching . I can’t wait to try the pie crust . Thank you I had fun..

I have used every kind of pie filling thickener available to us and I have found that raw tapioca pudding [about 2-3 tbsp] stirred into the filling, before cooking, is absolutely the best…. It adds flavor and thickens to perfection……enjoy.

Aggie Scott says:

This was an absolutely fantastic presentation and I envy you for eating that pie that looks absolutely delicious. Thank you so much.

Emily Claire Schill says:

I LOVE your videos!!! I discovered them just a few weeks ago and have already ordered in my pastry flour and purchased mascarone cheese, Oh my goodness what a taste. I’ve never tasted it before and you are right about it beig fantastic! I’ve even learned how to make my own. I am from Napa Valley, CA where everything is fine wine, fine cheeses and defiately Italian. I love it even though I live in another state and don’t drink alcohol. I do however enjoy cooking with it. I love your presentation, your energy and your love for your heritage. I woud love to watch you make pasta from scratch. Could you show us that?

cheryl anderson says:

Hi Joe, I love your style!

Love Sinatra…ole blue eyes. Thanks for your video recipes

Amber VanLerberghe says:

please post the recipe. I tried to write down all the ingredients, but missed the secret ingredient that you forgot to mention and then didn’t say what it was when you did add it in. To have it available on here to print off would be so much easier and faster then writing all this down on paper and then not to even get the secret ingredient . Please post the recipe! …Please!
