for vegetarian high protein quick snack
take one bowl of mix dal flour (u can make flour of any dal u want) add salt ,redchilli powder and haldi. make a batter with water ( u can add onion and coriander too ) make small dosa or chilla out of it on nonstick pan nd serve with dahi or chutney..
