5 Wood Ear Mushroom (dried and soaked or fresh)
1/2 cup Tofu (very small cubes)
2 tbsp Coriander Stems/Roots chopped
3 tbsp preserved Radish chopped
1/3 cup roasted Peanuts chopped
1/2 tsp (Tapioca) Starch + 2 tbsp Water
2 Cloves Garlic chopped
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Sugar
2-3 tbsp Oil
fried Garlic Oil
1 cup boiling Water

@3:15 you say put the ball in boiling water, but you steam it. What should be done?
