Philly Mushroom Melt
½lb cremini mushrooms, halved
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
4 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp steak sauce
Create skewers by alternating mushrooms, green bell pepper and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
On a bun, layer provolone cheese, cooked mushrooms, pepper and onions and steak sauce.
Wrap sandwich in foil and return it to the grill for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
