Thank you for this quick recipe. You just made it look so easy and quick. I am recently following a vedic way to cook where Sadashiva has given the satvik recipes and how to cook them. The book is called Bhaga Shastra. It is an amazing book. The food that is cooked as per Bhaga Shastra will never make anyone gain weight doesn’t matter how much anyone eats. It activates the jatharagni, the stomach fire and whatever has eaten gets digested.
