Meenakshi you forgot to mention one thing and this is really important..What variety of potato you are using..Well it has to be the waxy type because the floury variety will not stand up to this kind of cooking..They will just break up or even worse become soup which you really don’t want..They’re just too delicate..Good for chips baking or mash but not this..Love this girl and so should you she does Indian food properly..I’m waiting for a Panee/Vegatable Vindaloo..Yes I’ve done them and the paneer one is really good would you believe.I do love chilli so much 🙂
