SUPER EASY Chinese Chicken Stir Fry w/ Vegetables Recipe 滑鸡炒蔬菜

This Chicken and Vegetables Stir Fry is a really easy and yummy Chinese dish. You can cook this well even if you have never cooked before. Try this out. It is so so so yummy! In fact, you just need to cook this dish plus some rice and your meal is settled. Easy peasy!

Serves 4 – 5 pax

Marinating the chicken
1 chicken thigh meat – cut into strips & remove skin
2 teaspoons of cornflour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A few dashes of white pepper
1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil

Other ingredients – add in sequence
3 slices of ginger
5 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 cup of water
100g of French beans
1/2 carrot – sliced
1/4 cup of water
Marinated chicken
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1/2 cup of water
10 pieces of baby corn
1 can of button mushrooms
1/2 a red capsicum – sliced
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine / Shaoxing Huatiao wine
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
