How to Make Stir Fry Vegetables (Yasai Itame)

Ingredients: (serving size: 3-4)
Nappa: 400 g or 14.1 oz
Onion: 100 g or 3.5 oz
Green Pepper: 50 g or 1.76 oz
Carrot: 100 g or 3.5 oz
Snow Peas: 10-12 pieces or 50 g
Bean Sprouts: 125 g or 4.4 oz
Garlic: 2 cloves or 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Instant Dashi: 1 tsp
Mirin: 1 tbsp
