thank you for sharing your vegetarian food… my boss ask me to cook vegetarian every first day of chinese new year…thank you much.
It would be great with gingko nuts! So you don’t put ginger?
Can you also more Chinese style vegeteran dishes.

I am so happy that I found your channel! I have recently switched over to a vegetarian lifestyle, and I have been looking for videos with healthy vegetarian dishes. Thank you!!!

didn’t know about shitake/oyster sauce. thnk you very much
You’re so thorough with the details! Can’t wait to give this a try.
I just made this. It’s DELICIOUS. Because you don’t have to stir fry the vegetables you can make it in a big fry pan. I’ll leave the tofu out next time. To me it it doesn’t add much flavor and eliminates some hassle and calories. I followed the recipe to a T but didn’t have the dark soy sauce which may have added to the dish.
Sorry wrong comment board. That was meant for the Szechuan Sauce Vegetarian dish
rice gum is that you lol
I love this,thanks for posting
thanks naw i try to eat to see the test !!
I like your videos–straightforward, no-nonsense. I hate the ones where people try to be television personalities. I’m an Asian who goes through phases where I wok-cook or don’t. Right now, I’m doing a lot of wok-cooking…and this is useful!
love it yumm
hummmmm it seams to be. Delicious
I have 4 Asian Supermarkets 3 minutes walk from me! Black Fungus is amazing. This looks freaken incredible. I’m gonna make it.
i have black fungus. is that same thing as ear fungus. not much difference? and i have corn starch instead of potatoe.

I’m sorry but looking at the video, there is no way he added 1 (American) cup of brown sauce… looked more like a ladle full…
can i use corn starch instead of potato starch?

my favorite
Very tempting dish. Will try.
Yummy!
Yummy!
This is an awesome recipe; as, I’ve discovered after watching several of your videos now, all your videos! Straight-forward, well detailed, and easy to follow. I really appreciate the fact that you include both Imperial and Metric measurements (as I’m in Australia, so metric is much more appreciated and I like not having to convert!). I have one question about this recipe: I *really* don’t like shiitake mushrooms. I’m happy to use another mushroom to substitute (eg: button, enoki) but as you use the shiitake mushroom ‘water’, I wonder how essential that is to the dish? Or is omitting that, also, going to be ok for someone like me? Or should I substitute something else? Many thanks! 🙂
