Garlic Vegetable Stir Fry

Servings – 2 – 3

INGREDIENTS
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 2 tablespoons
Cabbage – 50 grams
Carrot – 50 grams
Broccoli – 50 grams
Baby corn – 70 grams
Mushrooms – 70 grams
Green beans – 50 grams
Tofu – 120 grams
Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Corn starch – 2 tablespoons
Water – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili – 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 2 tablespoons garlic and saute for 2 – 3 minutes.
2. Add 50 grams cabbage, 50 grams carrot, 50 grams broccoli, 70 grams baby corn, 70 grams mushrooms, 50 grams green beans and mix it well.
3. Cook for 5 – 7 minutes.
4. Add 120 grams tofu and mix it well.
5. Now, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it well.
6. Take a bowl, add 2 tablespoons corn starch, 2 tablespoons water and mix it well.
7. Pour this mixture into the veggies and mix well.
8. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili and mix well. Cook for another 3 – 5 minutes.
9. Serve.
