Traditional Vegetable White Kuruma Recipe
Fresh spices used in this recipe gives a nice aroma and excellent taste. This is suitable for roti, parrota, poori and veg briyani ,pulav too
Ingredients
To grind
oil-1 tsp
fennel seeds-1/2 tsp
cinnamon-2
cloves-4
cashew nuts-3
white poppy seeds- 1 tsp
ginger-1 inch
garlic-6 cloves
small onion-4
green chilly-4
coconut-5 tbs
In oil fry them as shown, and grind along with little water to a fine paste
potato-1 large
green peas- 1 small cup
butter beans- 1 small cup
beans- 8
cook the vegetables in cooker for 2 whistles as shown
oil-1 tsp
bay leaf-1
mint-few
coriander leaves
salt
In oil fry bay leaf, mint ,add cooked vegetables,mix well. Add coconut paste, fry for 2 minutes, add water, salt and allow to boil for 4 minutes. Add coriander leaves.
