I really like the concept of your channel- showcasing historic recipes/methods that are becoming extinct because the younger generations eat differently and are influenced by other cultures. I’m not from India, but I documented my grandmother’s recipes many many years ago. They are the ones that are not found in books and really tie us to our cultures and families.
