i have very lovely memories of Gujurat, Gujurati people and their own yummy yumm meals as well. unfortunately the place i live now is not blessed with many kind of spices which is making me so sad. anyway i would love to try your recipe even with no more spices, no jaggery nor asafoetida. what do you think?
