How to Make Malai Kofta | Traditional Malai Kofta Recipe

Malai Kofta is a dish made with fried dumpling balls of Paneer, and Potatoes, and a thick, rich, creamy gravy to accompany it. It is very fulfilling, delicious, and royal looking. Hope you’ll enjoy making this recipe!

Paneer 300 gms
Cornstarch 2 tbsps
Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
2 boiled potatoes medium sized
Salt to taste
Corn starch to dust on surface
handful of cashews and raisins

For gravy
3 medium sized onions
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
cashew nuts 1/2 cup
oil 3 tbsp
Tez Patta 2
Green Cardamom 2-3
Green Chillies 3-4 slit
Cream/Malai 1/2 cup or 200 ml
water 2 and a half cups
White Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom powder 1 tsp
If you want some extra spices, add 1/2 tsp garam masala.

Garnishing: kasoori methi crushed by hand
and Cashew nuts!
