Ellu Urundai is made of Sesame seeds and Flax Seeds. This snack has many health benefits in it. This snack can be stored in air tight container for 2 weeks.
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds : 200 g
Flax Seed – 50 g
Jaggery – 250 g
Steps:
First dry roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and then dry roast the flax seeds. Powder them using a mixer grinder. Add jaggery to the powder, mix it well and make them into balls. The Sesame jaggery balls is ready.
