You are lucky that you have farms and you eat fresh harvest that you grow or know how it grows. In Mumbai, we do not even know from where our veggies come. Sometimes, I have seen people growing spinach near the railway line and irrigating them with industrial waste water. 3 people died of cancer in my extended family. A recent TOI report says that cancer cases would increase up to 6 times by 2030. I think we are eating lot off adulterated slow poison in our food. Someday, I will prefer to move back to my village. Indian cities will collapse soon if nothing has been down. I envy you. God bless your village.
