Authentic Traditional Paella Valenciana Recipe 1882

Traditional old Recipe of Paella Valenciana in Spain stepper.
– MEASURES FOR 6-8 PEOPLE. –

1 well chopped chicken.
750 gr of rice
250gr green beans “bajoqueta” judia verde.
200 gr white beans “garrofó” judia blanca.
1/2 can of tomato sauce, no crushed no naturally.
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
3 cloves of minced garlic.
1 tablespoon salt or to taste, you have to taste the broth.

Before serving, wait 5 to 10 minutes to merge the rice and
slack.
The first just does not come out good but with the experience …… you know.
