I am a Saudi female lady amateur chef that cooks authentic quick Middle Eastern dishes. The authentic Arabic Food with Arabic ingredients in our everyday lives. In india especially in kerala we eat this dish with spicy fried chicken and also sometimes with sugar. we call it Aleesa or Alsa.. we make this with chicken I think I must defnitly make this with mutton.:) This is a main dish amoung muslims in kerala.. now I knw hw it reachd kerala.:D
