Shake Shake 海鮮袋 (超惹味Cajun醬) – Seafood Bag Recipe (Cajun Flavour Mix)

大家鐘唔鐘意出街食海鮮?出街食海鮮普遍都唔平,而且仲要未必好食。今次整個美國南部嘅Crab Boil 進化版,要用袋去將醬汁均勻咁shake 係食物嘅上面,非常惹味。香港有間餐廳都係用佢來做Gimmick. 就整一次比大家係屋企試下! 🙂

Do you like going out for seafood? It usually costs a fotune and might not turn out great. This time I will be making this advanced version of Crab boil from the south of the US. Foods will be shaken in a bag with a very delicious Cajun mix. A restaurant in HK uses this gimmick as their signiture dish. 海鮮袋食譜
材料(2人份量):
貝殼類海產 適量
– 龍蝦1隻
– 海蝦 半斤
– 扇貝 2隻
– 大蜆 半斤
– 聖子 4隻

新薯 3個
粟米 1條
蒜頭 4個
牛油 200克
多香果粉 1湯匙
黑胡椒粒 1湯匙
丁香 2粒
月桂葉 3片
蜆汁 50毫升
甜椒粉 2湯匙
卡宴胡椒 1-2湯匙 (怕辣可以省略)
印第安Cajun 粉 1-1.5湯匙
檸檬 1個
鹽 適量
黑胡椒粉 適量

其實無蜆汁都唔緊要, 我會蒸左D蜆先, 用蒸出黎既水應該會仲甜, 跟住如果想D蜆有返果煲海鮮水D味, 可以裝起D水放涼浸返住D蜆.
