3 TBS of vegetable cooking oil, 1/2 cup of cilantro, 2 stalks of lemon grass, 3 thyme, 1 hot chili, 2 bay leave, 1/4 cup of green onion, 1 1/2 TBS of minced ginger, 1 1/2 TBS of minced garlic, 3 TBS of black bean paste, 1 TBS of xo sauce, 2 TBS of hot chili paste, 1/3 cup of tomato paste, 3/4 cup of dry white wine, 6 cups of mixed vegetables, 8 cups of stock, salt and black pepper, 2 tsp of sugar, 1 lemon zest and juice, 2 pounds of mix seafood.
