I don’t like dressing/stuffing but I adore this channel and I enjoy watching all of your videos. Growing up in Louisiana, I was grown and living out of state before I realized seafood dressing is not traditional bc it’s all I saw the women in my family make. Seeing shrimp, crab, crawfish, crab and oysters in dressing was the norm. Did your grandmother from Baton Rouge cook it this way, Rosie? Thank you for the love, time and effort you put into all of your videos.

Nice recipe but can I make a suggestion? Try using seafood stock of any kind you like and use Creole butter & herbs instead of regular butter. For a more creamer dressing add a can of cream of shrimp.
