Pad Graprow seafood ผัดกะเพรา Thai food recipe #1

This dish is an extremely common and popular dish in Thailand, you can often find this on the street food stall all over the country. You can use any kind of protein you would like, but in Thailand we often mince the chicken ,beef, or pork and you could also add veggies of your choice . Serve with steam rice and if you dare to be real authentic add fried egg on top.

Ingredients
Shrimp and Squid
Thai oyster sauce
Thai mushroom oyster sauce
Thai fish sauce
vegetable oil
Chopped garlic
Thai chili
Thai basil
