How to Make Seafood Rice – Easy Homemade Seafood Rice Recipe

Learn how to make a seafood rice dish with vegetables. This recipe is similar to a Spanish seafood paella, but cooked in a pot rather than in a paella pan.


– 230 g (8 oz) of rice
– 250 g (9 oz) of frozen mixed seafood
– 800 ml (27 oz) of water
– 1 small glass of white wine
– 100 g (3.5 oz) of frozen peas
– 50 g (1.7 oz) of diced red bell pepper
– 50 g (1.7 oz) of diced green bell pepper
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 1 small cayenne pepper
– 1 tablespoon of parsley
– 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
– 2 teaspoons of paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon of food colouring
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Salt
