This chowder was so good my friend ended up eating the whole batch in one night!

2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 celery stalks
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken stock
2 bay leaves
500grams/ 1 pound of sea food
1 cup cream
500 grams of potatoes
Salt and pepper

Serve and eat with some fresh crusty bread… yummy!

Greg, I tried this last summer in 2016 and was grouse! Your recipe was FANTASTIC!
I went to the States in winter and in Nashville went to ‘Joe’s Crab Shack’ and had their chowder, mate I was blown away. So smooth and creamy with a little texture, small pieces of seafood. Speaking to a waiter, the secret was to quickly blitz it through a blender. I come home and tried yours and with the final blitz, magnificent!
