Seafood Ramen
Serves 2

1 Tbs cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 instant Korean ramen noodles, possible Shin ramen, Anseongtangmyeon, Samyang ramen or Buljjambbong brand
1 lb mixed seafood, such as shrimp, clams, calamari, squid and mussels
2 eggs, optional

I love this video! could you please spell out each of these Ramen so I can go and buy them at the Asian store? I was there today and I always buy a new one to try out to see if I like it. You are an expert and I trust that you know what is good. I love seafood and spicy so this is up my alley!! I have an H-Mart (Korean) near me and a Vietnamese Asian store that carries everything too.
