Spicy Veg potato nuggets recipe, Potato Cheese Balls, Potato Cheese Bites, Potato Bites, Cheesy Potato Nuggets, Crispy Potato Cheese Nuggets, Aloo Nuggets, Stuffed Potato Nuggets
Boiled Potatoes – 4 (300 gms)
Semolina – 1/2 cup (100 gms)
Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
Green coriander – 3 to 4 tbsp (finely chopped )
Mozzarella / Processed cheese- 50 gms
Ginger – 1 inch piece (finely chopped )
Green chilies – 2 finely chopped)
Black pepper- 1/4 tsp or 8 to 10 (coarsely ground )
Mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp or to taste
Oil – for frying
1.Take a vessel,add 1.25 cup water to it,Turn on flame and let water boil. Once water is boiling add 1 inch ginger piece finely chopped,2 finely chopped green chilies. Cover the vessel for some time,then reduce flame. Add semolina, also add Add 1 finely chopped capsicum too. Mix it well.Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.add 1/2 tsp mango powder,1 tsp coriander powder,add 3/4 tsp salt or to taste. Mix all ingredients well. Cover it for 5 minutes.Turn off flame.
2.Peel and grate the potatoes.
3.Take 50 gms mozzarella cheese.Cut it into pieces.
4. When 5 minutes are done. Semolina is puffed up, Add semolina to same bowl as potato.Add green coriander. Mix well.
5. Put 2 tsp oil in a bowl then grease oil on your palm,pinch out a little dough and place on your palm. Then place a cheese cube in it and close nicely giving oval shape. Prepare all nuggets likewise.
6. Put a pan to heat ,turn on flame. When suffeciently hot, then Put the nuggets to fry in wok. Stir and fry nuggets till golden brown. We have made 35 nuggets, with this quantity of dough. It takes 3 to 4 minutes to fry nuggets at once.
7. Tasty and cheesy Semolina stuffed nuggets are ready.You can serve it with green coriander chutney, toamto sauce or any chutney of your choice.You can serve it as a starter at a party, or serve it steaming hot in the evening.
