Marinate the Fish for 10 minutes, use cooking spray and place Fish pieces on Glass Baking Dish and place it in Pre-heated Oven in the middle rack for 10 minutes. Take it out and flip the pieces and cook it again for 5 more minutes or until it’s fully cook.

Pre-heat your Oven and cook – Bake @500°F / 260ºC for 10 minutes, then turn over the fish and cook additional 5 more minutes or until it’s fully cook. Turn off the Oven and let it rest for few more minutes before taking out of the OVEN and Enjoy with your family/friends.

You seem to have a dilemma what to call this. Let’s make it easy. You can bake bread, cookies, amorphous mixture stuff that cooks to a solid shape. You can’t bake trout or any other (already) structured item. You can only roast it.
