Mam i prepared this meat ball curry with beef today n followed exactly how you said. The curry was very tasty however here i would like to mention that the balls n curry although were mixed together but wen i ate the dish i felt the balls n curry were not combined well into each other. I mean while eating i felt only the ball taste by itself n curry taste was separate. Why didn’t the ball n gravy get immersed into each other? Where hv i gone wrong can i know please. Thanks

Please buy a set of measuring cups and teaspoons.in stainless steel then ur recipes will look and sound professional. I you want I can mail some to you from here.(USA) Please do not use aluminum pots and pans orTeflon coated non stick ones. Aluminum is very bad for ur health it wears outs and oxidizes getting into your food.Same with Teflon it erodes as the utensil gets older, it causes cancer. Thank you for your efforts.
