Here is another easy summer special drinks Mango Lassi Recipe. it is very popular refreshing summer drink with ripe mango and yogurt. It is also known as Mango Yogurt Smoothie.
Ingredients of Mango Lassi Recipe:
1. Ripe Mango (1 big size).
2. Plain yogurt (1 cup).
3. Sugar (as per your taste).
4. Cashew nut
Methods of How to Prepare Mango Lassi:
1. Remove the pill of mango and cut in to small pcs.
2. Take a mixer grinder big jar.
3. Add mango slices, 1 cup yogurt, and 2 tbsp sugar.
4. Blend all very well.
5. Add ice cubes as per your taste.
6. Blend again.
7. Your recipe is ready. Pour in glass.
8. Garnish with Cashew nuts and raisins on top of glass.
9. Serve cool Mango Lassi.
