Mac and Cheese~Molecular Gastronomy Recipe Attempt One

Macaroni and cheese recipe Molecular Gastronomy style. Very good but not the easiest for a novice cook.

My first attempt and needed to make some changes and adjustments.

One less salt, you can always add more at the end.

Drain the noodles before adding cheese and reserve the cooking water. This way you can add back a little of the water at a time until you get your desired consistency.
