Sanichi I’m making this dish tomorrow. I really miss these type of food after leaving the Hawaiian Islands17 years ago, and living in the mid west you don’t find much authentic oriental foods. As you know you and I were very fortunate to live in the islands with a large diversity of different cultures and I made sure I paid attention when grandma, momma, and all the aunties were cooking. Mahalo for your shows on you-tube and say hello to Satoshi.

YAY! Cooking with Mum!! Justin is so cute, totally suspicious! what did he eat!? I LOVE stir fry, I will add this to the recipe list from you guys. Your Mum has the best stories, really cool that she went to a cooking school. Satoshi is so cute, asking your mum if he can eat first. So polite. :)

Elizabeth Shaw says:

Satoshi I can’t find where I wrote it but I was off by one letter I thought your channel was kanten which means agar-agar. LOL. I did some research and they came up with the actual kantan but it has six or seven definitions including gallbladder which is an organ attached to your liver. The one I figured out was that it may be simple uncomplicated easy to do. Is that your meaning by using that word? I’m very interested to know how you use the word kantan.

Marty L. says:

YES!!!! Okasang please make more simple food dishes…arigato gozai mas!!!
