Yakitori-Japanese Grilled Chicken (Recipe) 焼き鳥を作りました

INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken thigh cut into 1- inch pieces skin removed
1-2 Negi
Skewers
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp sake
4 tbsp sugar
1 tspn honey (optional)
chili pepper (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
Soak skewers in water. Add soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, honey and chili peppers in saucepan.

自宅で作る焼き鳥もよいものですね。

<材料>
(タレ)
・醤油 大さじ5
・みりん 大さじ3
・酒   大さじ3
・砂糖 大さじ4
・蜂蜜 小さじ1(オプション)
・チリペッパー 適量(オプション)

(焼き鳥)
・鶏もも肉
・ネギ
その他お好みの分量で。椎茸やネギ焼きも美味しいですよ。

<作り方>
(タレ)
・材料を小鍋に入れ、量が半分から2/3程度になるまで煮詰めます。

(焼き鳥)
・肉は1インチ角程度に切り、ネギは3cm長に切ります。
・串にさします。出来るだけ厚みを揃えましょう。
・グリルで3分ほど焼いたら一度取り出してタレを塗ります。
・上下返して再び3分ほど焼き、同様にタレを塗ります。
・これを3回ほど繰り返します。
・しっかり火が通ったらできあがり。
