Thank you Dr. Berg for all your information. My husband and I are now careful to read labels, as he can’t have corn and I’m highly allergic to peanuts. What I didn’t know was I was inadvertently consuming peanut oil because the brand of olive oil I was using cut their extra virgin olive oil with that oil. My husband was having issues as well, almost 95% of the products on shelves, including organic products, contain some type of corn or soy. Now we’re hyper vigilant when reading labels. It’s amazing how many forms corn and soy can take, in what appears to be innocuous. We were both suffering from bloat, myself from daily outbreaks of hives and angioedema, now we know why.
