How to cook penne, pasta, or spaghetti alla puttanesca …
THE classic authentic dish. Puttanesca! And easy to make. Gather up your favorite pasta, anchovies, olives, capers, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, parsley, and some hot pepper flakes if you like it spicy, and there you go. A few very basic ingredients and a few minutes is all you need, my friends. Take a look.

Hello Chef Tony, can you tell me the name of the song ,please .Thank you 🙂
GRANDE CHEF TONY!!
!
I always add the anchovy. Unless you know it’s there, it’s really difficult. My better half hates amchovies and I never tell him they’re in the sauce and he loves it. They more or less help bring out the wonderfully strong flavors in this sauce.
I’m also really happy I made this from memory for dinner tonight and the only thing I missed was the parsley to finish.
Puttanesca sounds like it has a dirty meaning/origin. I looked it up and it does

Such an amazing recipe. Well done chef
We just made puttanesca for our second time! Your puttanesca is an awesome inspiration!
Tony, if there’s one thing I’ve learned growing up in an Italian household, it’s that you should only use substitutes when you really need to. Since I don’t like anchovies, this is one of those times. Do you know of any appropriate subsitutes? Thanks!
Nice job chef Tony. I feel the crushed red pepper is a must.

I am a 62 year old Italian American male, my uncle told me the story! I am one quarter Neopolitan , One Quarter Florentine, and one half Scillian . The protstitues thus the name Putanesca, would make the sauce. put it in the window ways, and the men coming from work would be attracted by the smell, thus attracting customers !
I made this again… I never get tired of it. mmmmmmm- mmmmmmm!
always looking for extra ways to make pasta italian way. thanks
