alfredo sauce is not italian…u have to boil water then u put sale grosso and then u put pasta (covered by water)… these are linguine not fettuccine XD

I’m italian and i have never eaten something named “alfredo”
It is absolutely not an Italian recipe! Maybe Italian American, but Italians are disgusted when the recipe is described to them (though I am sure it is tasty).
