Ingredients:
• 4 – boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 8 slices – provolone cheese

• 1/2 Tbs – dried parsley
• Oil for frying

Marinade:
• 2 cups – almond milk
• 2 Tbs – apple cider vinegar

Breading:

• 1/2 cup – ground pork rinds

• 1 tsp – salt

• 1/2 tsp – garlic powder
