For this meat sauce you’ll need..
1 1/2 lbs ground meat (beef + Pork + veal)
3 bottles passata (tomato puree)
2 cans dice tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon brown sugar
* fresh basil at the end
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 lbs Italian sausage (hot)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 lb cremini mushrooms
*Parmesan cheese at the end

I’m like to do spaghetti in my home, but I want to know exactly how to make spaghetti sauce, this I want to know also guy cook, but when I see… How can he put the onions n garlic to the meat, I’m thinking that man will removed the meat, add frying the onions n garlic, if metode him do is wrong, u know why, the union suit be fry until the yellow color, n put garlic, the first meat him cook right, suit be removed after fry onion n garlic add put together n stir them n put souce, right or no, good lucky

Sorry buddy but this is all wrong ! There are no peppers in the sauce , mushrooms are not provided , there is no pre-cooked sliced sausage , tomato paste is not good …… all wrong …….. please , please ,,,, ,,,, not propose this as sauce Italian ………..
