Learn How To Make Fish Pakora Recipe, a Quick & Easy Punjabi Style Fish Fry Recipe from Chef Neelam Bajwa only on Get Curried.

½ kg meaty white fish (rawas, cod, hake)
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli pwder
Garam Masala
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
A pinch of tumeric
1 tbsp chick pea flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 fresh coriander
1 grated fresh ginger
1 Egg

In a bowl mix the fish with lemon juice, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, carom seeds, coriander seeds, ginger and stirl it well.
Now add corn flour, gram flour and egg to the mixture and mix it properly.
Heat oil and deep fry the fish in it. Crispy Fish Pakoras are ready to eat!
Serve hot with spicy green chutney!
