Sous Vide GOLDEN TILE Fish Recipe! Ninja’s Catch n Cook.

Yes, we are doing Ninja’s Catch n Cook today. Ninja went out on his boat and got this amazing GOLDEN TILE fish, which is not an easy task as they live in 800 feet of water. I was happy he brought it to the office so we can cook it up. I decided to do an amazing sauce that went very well with the fish making this sous vide fish recipe AMAZING! Wait excuse-me DEEEEELICIOUS!

HOW TO COOK GOLDEN TILE FISH SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 1hr @ (140*°F / 60°C)
sauce I cooked for 2hrs @ (180*°F / 82.2°C)

* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
2 large idaho potatoes
1 white onion
1 tbsp miced garlic
1/2 cup green onions
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
3 sun dried tomatoes
1 can of diced tomato
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Looks good as usual and must have tasted amazing. One question though about temp. I noticed you cooked these at 140F, whereas the lion fish fillets were done at 129F. I usually cook fillets of fish at 130F. Any reason why you went with a higher temp with these fish?

i love your vids but you guys kill me with the smothered cheesy fish. Golden tile is one of my favorite fishes of all time. we go out for 3 days to catch them with weights up the 3 pounds, it’s insane. Pan roasted with herbs butter and lemon is my favorite, but i haven’t tried sous vide.
