Marinate the Fish for 10 minutes, use cooking spray and place Fish pieces on Glass Baking Dish and place it in Pre-heated Oven in the middle rack for 10 minutes. Take it out and flip the pieces and cook it again for 5 more minutes or until it’s fully cook.
