Adam Herd says:

When Making shaken drinks do you use the same shaker for every drink? I don’t think i’ve ever seen a bartender with more than one shaker before. Also in your video about what is behind a bar you only have one shaker. do you wash the shaker after making each drink? wouldn’t that slow you down a lot on a busy Friday night?

Joe Martra says:

Hey Jason! Where have you been? Hope to see you back on soon, really enjoy your videos!!

Daniel Angelakov says:

I really appreciate your videos and thank you, but I have a question about the “Fizz” family of drinks – ever since I became a bartender over a year ago, I started memorizing these classics and had a hard time finding the difference between a Gin Fizz and a Tom (Gin) Collins.

After a lot of web-searching and consulting with experienced bartenders, they said that the proportions of both cocktails are pretty much the same, except that you BUILD a Collins over ice and stir a little, whereas the Gin Fizz is vigorously shaken and poured over an empty, chilled and slightly thinner tall glass, then topped with soda.

You said the difference between a Fizz and a Collins is the egg white, whereas the internet says that the egg white just makes it a “Silver Fizz”

May I please ask you to elaborate? Thanks again!

ANDREW KHAREL says:

ok… I’ll watch ur future post.

zappa loui says:

So… what we call Pisco Sour should be called Pisco Fizz?

Joe Martra says:

Great Information on these drinks Jason thanks!

Brian Holdbrook says:

So I thought that a ricky was a lime sour with soda? So lime, soda, AND simple?

Lucas Hellberg says:

isn’t it a common thing to have egg white in for example a whiskey sour as well? or does it become something o that than a “real” sout then?

Anthony Jensen says:

man whiskey sour is sometimes just the simple mixture whisky and sour. small croud actually knows what a sour is

Anastasia Cobaine says:

Thank you for these videos like you have helped gain so much knowledge. I am throwing a video suggestion your way… How to use POS like Aloha or Macros

ANDREW KHAREL says:

you desired every drink about but it would be even nice if u had shown making each cocktail at the same time, and introducing showing the deffirent liquir and spirits that goes in that cocktail. you just explained them in words not in practical. hope next job will be the more nicer and clear.
