Dibba Rotte – దిబ్బ రొట్టె is a old Traditional Andhra Breakfast recipe, I had tried many variations of dibba rotti,finally i found this as correct and yummy traditional Dibba rotti, so follow the video,
very easy to prepare and healthy breakfast,

ingredients;
urad dal – 1 cup,
sona masuri rice – 1 cup,
green chilli-6,
cumin-1 t spoon,
ginger – 2 inch piece,
ghee or oil for frying dibba rotti,

If you eat Dibba rotti in morning you will not hungry until night time, so try this breakfast to your kids lunchbox.

can you not cook it in the oven? Also that is not enough food, not enough protein to carry you over till dinner, Please eat, stop this scam of starvation, abusing yourselves on the name of religion, culture and health. Not eating is the cause of chronic, We have chronic malnutrition. We survived in hunger because we are older nation and had too much knowledge. We are not any more British,, Dutch etc colony, please eat. The world have lot of food, stop exporting your food and eat. Stop saving the world and save yourself first. I am not sure why your Md are still trianed to tell the public to eat less protein. The DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or 0.36 grams per pound. This amounts to: 56 grams per day for the average sedentary man. 46 grams per day for the average sedentary woman. Indian works a lot, there brian is always working, Please stop being scam, grow food, and eat. Stop exporting your foods, your government needs to import food.
