To make this recipe you need 750 ml milk , almond slives from 12-15 almonds ,,rose syrup 2-3tsp , sugar syrup 1/2 a boul…….method :::::
Boil milk and reduce from 750ml to 400-450ml….cool in room temperature….now fold rose syrup , almond slives and sugar syrup into thicken milk and pour this mixture into mold. Now keep molds into freezer for 2 hours….then add popsicals into center of each mold. Keep all molds into freezer for another 6-7 hours…..demold rose kulfi after 6-7 hours……garnish with pistachio slives….
