Learn how to make Kunafah at Home with few ingredients.
Kanafeh is a traditional Arab dessert made with thin noodle-like pastry, or alternatively fine semolina dough, soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup, and typically layered with cheese, or with other ingredients such as clotted cream or nuts, depending on the region.
It is popular in the Arab world, particularly the Levant and Egypt, and especially in Palestine.In addition, variants are found in Turkey, Greece.

In Saudi Arabia it is easily available at Shawaya houses, Romansiah and Other Restaurants, In which they simply use Thick cream or Arabic Cream for Filling.

Ingredients :-
Kunafah Dough or Pheni Vermicelli 250 Grams
Cheese Un Salted (Optional) 200 Grams
Cream Thick Or Khoya 100 Grams or as required
Pistachios as required
Butter 165 Grams Plus 2 Tbs for Greasing the Pan

For syrup
Water 1 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Lemon Juice 1/2 Tsp
Rose Water 1 Tbs
