Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Soda Bicarb 1/4th tsp
Carom Seeds 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi 1 tbsp
Water as needed
Mozzarella Cheese Blocks as required
Chat Masala as required
Red Chilli Powder to taste(to sprinkle inside the Paneer)
Green Chutney and Red Chilli Sauce to spread inside Paneer
Oil for frying
Chat Masala to sprinkle
