That was beautiful… I was think you should have left the skin on the salmon but it was beautiful! What was the ham you shredded at the end? Have you ever considered doing a series on cured meats? Brilliant! Do they have Black Pudding in Holland Roel?. I love Black Pudding with a ‘Full English’. Our local butcher is doing Pork sausages with Black Pudding inside. They are meant to be amazing apparently.
