Taylor brand is ham and Case’s brand is porkroll.

DeoxysDNA says:

The cuts in the meat make it look really nice, like little meat clovers.

Chris Velasco says:

A fellow breakfast ketchup lover! YES!!!

Shannon Luke says:

You should totally try a bacon eggs and cheese, a bit boring but a pretty common New York City breakfast lol. Another suggestion off the topic of breakfast could possibly be Cambodian food.

fatika wardani says:

In Indonesia we ate bubur ayam (chicken porridge) or pecel (mix veggies with peanut sauce) for breakfast

Deandra Torres says:

I prefer shop rite pork roll its sooo much better (their tangy version is like heaven) and they sell it in every gas station/grocery store

Kenya Smith says:

I’m from Jersey and I love this. Its my go to breakfast meal, expect I enjoy mine without cheese and add ketchup. Add a cup of hot coffee and I’m good until lunch.

Amanda Burnett says:

fried potatoes, eggs, and chorizo i hope i spelled that correctly. :/

Denise Frame-Leitch says:

It is quite popular to eat that here in NJ. I’m not a fan of it honestly. I’m more of a sausage and cheese on a bagel. I’m made fun of, because I’m the only one in my family and circle of friends who doesn’t enjoy the taste of pork roll. In Central New Jersey, we don’t call it Taylor Ham. North Jersey residents do. It’s an acquired taste I think, but it’s awful to me.

dmohr1962 says:

If you bake it in the oven it makes the flavor better.

Rachael Scannello says:

It would taste even better on a bagel from there, or even from Long Island… trust me on that!

Dave A says:

let that shit curl fuck it

bobmilton928 says:

Perfect Sandwich And it is called Pork Roll don’t let anyone tell you different I’m from Trenton But you must Butter the bagel

Melissa Nikkie says:

Having a mom from Jersey I ate pork roll as a kid. Having it pop up in the middle was fun to watch and when you flipped it over you just press down the middle. We ate it on a hamburger bun with mustard, yum! Thanks for sharing this other option. 🙂

TPHVICTIMS says:

I love porkroll sandwiches. and I love to listen to your voice. I share your videos as much as I can. beautiful speaking voice. excellent Emmy. WOW.

Dylan Roa says:

traditional Colombian breakfast! ” Huevos Pericos con Arepa y Cafe or Chocolate” scrambled eggs, diced tomato and onions. With a corn flour type crunchy pancake. & Colombian hot chocolate or coffee for the beverage ^_^ you will absolutely love it! First you dice the tomato and onion and let it soften up a bit in a pan with butter, then you add in the scrambled eggs, and cook the arepa over the stove, and lather spread butter and add the scrambled egg on top, also you can dip the arepa in the coffee or hot chocolate! The mixture goes hand and hand! Also if you do the hot chocolate; make sure to get “Luke Chocolate” its essential to make traditional Colombian hot chocolate! OH and I almost forgot “Queso Colombiano” Colombian cheese! You add it on top of the arepa con huevos pericos. and also drop a few slices in the hot chocolate or coffee! Much love Emmy! Thank you for what you do <3 you are a being of pure light and love <3

Herschel's Lost Leg. says:

Nah stop. Thats not a jersey breakfast. A real Jersey breakfast is sloppy as shit with a gatorade while you wait for the train.

Choco Chucky says:

that looks so good. & I hate eggs but that looks tasty!

Duckie says:

So is it just round spam?

Jenna Richards says:

Biscuits and white gravy is really popular. I mostly can’t have it unless I make it because I’m vegetarian and it stems from ground pork, but I love my own (tastes exactly the same)
1 cup milk
1 1/2-2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon (sparse) garlic powder
Stir until thick in a saucepan
It’s TO DIE for

Dave A says:

WEEN!!!!!!

Aimee Shockcor says:

Try a terrapin bagel, its from a little bagel shop in College Park MD by the University of Maryland. The university mascot is a Terrapin! Its an everything bagel toasted in a toaster oven or regular oven just till the top starts to get crisp, pull it out and then you add cream cheese to each half of the bagel and then sharp cheddar cheese on top of that. Put it back in the oven and toast till the cheddar is melted and bubbly. I prefer the veggie cream cheese when I make them

zuzuwashere says:

us lebanese like to make a dish called “Msabaha” It is boiled chickpeas mashed in with some water until like a bean paste and add mashed garlic and lemon into the mix, top with olive oil and eat with pita bread! its the best! 🙂 hope you try it.

it’s not breakfast but my local food is called a speedie it comes in pork or chicken but I prefer chicken it comes on sandwiches and has specific seasonings

Behnam McDelijani says:

I also commented this on another video from this series but I write it here again cause I’m really curious about how u would react to a sheep’s head, brain, tongue, legs and EYE BALLS as breakfast. It is a well known Iranian dish that is mostly consumed as breakfast because u could never handle that much fat in any hour of the day except for the morning! I should mention that it might be well known but not everybody likes it and even can handle it.. I’m persian and I’m kinda disgusted even by the idea.. I dare u to give it a try! It is called “Kalleh Pacheh” that sorta translates to “Head and Leg”

Elizabeth Hawley says:

Your butter dish is called a butter bell.

patty 8873 says:

I grew up in NJ and had that almost every Sunday morning, but we just called it Taylor ham. As a matter of fact, when I was little I always thought my mom was saying tailored ham. I just thought it was a type of ham. Never in my life heard it called “pork roll”.

Chris Moffitt says:

here in California we have a lot of huevos rancheros with avocado

Róbbi Skæra says:

Hi Emmy, just curious- did that taste anything like a McDonalds sausage and egg mcmuffin? Apart from the bagel, I imagine them to be very similar, but I could be wrong… Great video either way!

Jeff, the God of Biscuits says:

Pork roll grilled cheese. That’s all I’m gonna say! 🙂

SilentInTheTr33s _ says:

It’s so funny seeing people eat things like this for the first time. Since I’m from NJ I eat these every morning haha.

M Stone says:

Shakshouka, not from my area, but an amazing dish often served as breakfast. Good for a large group
