Today we’ll learn how to make Instant SUJI Uttapam. It is easy, light & quick breakfast recipe made with SUJI/RAVA batter with various vegetables. In this SUJI is mixed with curd, chopped veggies into batter and then thick shallow-fried pancakes like Uttapam are prepared from it. It is also a bachelor or beginner friendly recipe.

Serve (2-3 person)
Suji/Rava (सूजी) – 2 cup or 50 gm
Curd (दही ) – 1 cup or 100 gm
Onion (प्याज) – 1 medium chopped
Tomato (टमाटर) – 1 large chopped
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 2 chopped
Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) – 2 tbsp
Carrot ( गाजर) – 1 medium chopped
Salt (नमक ) – 2 tbsp or as per taste
Oil (तेल) – 4 tbsp
Water (पानी )- 100 ml approx
