Healthy Summer Breakfast Recipe Ideas!

Fluffy Morning Hot Cakes

1/4 cup applesauce
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4 cup almond meal
dark chocolate *optional

Açaí Bowl

1/2 banana
1 cup coconut water
2 packs unsweetened açaí packs
– top with fruit, granola, honey, agave ANYTHING! –

Banana Split

1 banana cut down middle
yogurt – coconut, greek, etc.
granola and fruit topping

Sweet Strawberry Jam

2 cups strawberries
3 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs maple syrup or honey
squirt of lemon
– let sit in fridge 3-4 hours or best results overnight –

I love this video! I just want to warn everyone making the pancakes that it calls for a cup of flour and you have to let the batter sit for 5-10 minutes, (i found the same recipe online but w/ regular flour instead of almond). But other than that, they were delicious and thanks for sharing this video with us!
