HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPE – RAINBOW MUFFIN – easy to make, just 3 ingredients and full of goodness

Healthy Breakfast Recipe , easy to make, very cheap and all natural ingredients. To make 6 Rainbow Muffins you will need the following ingredients:
2 eggs
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
and some mixed herbs

I make something kinda like this. I blend the eggs with the peppers and a bit of spinach pour and cook. Sneaky way to get my 1 and 4 year old to eat eggs with a little extra 😉
